The suite lacked basics like a wardrobe, cleaning could use more attention with unvacuumed carpets!!! Cold showers reported during peak times are unacceptable. Plus, parking could be a bit chaotic during busy periods!!!

the location was absolutely stunning, with amazing views over the conwy valley. the room was comfy and way nicer than we expected, perfect for chilling after a day out. breakfast was delicious, cooked fresh just how we liked it! we felt so welcomed by lisa and her team, they literally made our stay perfect. we even enjoyed drinks on the veranda which was a great bonus!

the shower was a bit small, and we noticed some dust behind the tv when we checked in.

The TV options were basic, with no DVDs or CDs as previously advertised. Don't get too excited about breakfast—it left much to be desired with limited hot options and no fresh fruit or juices.
